Chicken In Orange Sauce With Cashews
|Frying chicken||3 Pound, cut up|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, sliced|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||3 Tablespoon, mixed|
|Cashew nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
Place chicken in the slow cooker.
Combine orange juice, onion, salt, and pep percorns.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours.
Remove chicken and pour juices into a saucepan.
Add flour water mixture.
Heat and stir until mixture boils and is thickened.
Serve over chicken.
Garnish with cashew nuts.
