Mondae sauce is a chocolate dessert sauce made with cocolate and milk. The mondae sauce is a cooked sauce that is simply prepared by stirring the chocolate and milk over heat. Mondae sauce is served warm.
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
In small heavy saucepan, heat chocolate and evaporated milk over medium heat, stirring constantly till blended.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
