Plain Salted White Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
Remove from the heat and add the flour, stirring with a wire whisk.
Add the milk gradually, stirring the mixture constantly until the sauce has thickened.
Season with salt and pepper.
