Sauce For Meat Casserole

Ingredients
  Browned whole-wheat bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients.
Serve over meat casseroles, or as a sauce for cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, or Brussels sprouts.
