Mild Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 15 Gram
  Diced pimiento 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat.
Add flour and salt, stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Stir in remaining ingredients, cook until thoroughly heated.
Serve hot with roast beef or ham.
