Taffy Dessert Sauce
|Butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Molasses||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Melt butter in a medium saucepan, add sugar and molasses, stirring well.
Bring to a boil, cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and cool slightly.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve warm over ice cream or waffles.
