Lobster Tails With Spiced Orange Sauce
|Chicken-flavored bouillon granules||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Boiling water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unsweetened orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated orange rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter flavoring||4 Drop (Imitation)|
|Ground ginger||1 Dash|
|Chili powder||1 Dash|
|Lobster tails||2 (7 To 8 Ounce)|
Dissolve bouillon granules in boiling water.
Add orange juice and remaining ingredients except lobster, stir well.
Split lobster tails lengthwise; cut through upper shell and meat to, but not through, bottom shell.
Lift meat through split shell to rest on outside of shell, leaving meat attached to far end of shell.
Place lobster tails on a broiler rack, and brush with orange sauce.
Broil 4 inches from heat 5 minutes, brush lobster with orange sauce, and broil an additional 5 minutes.
Serve lobster with remaining orange sauce.
