Quick Nantua Sauce
|Canned lobster soup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White sauce||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Tomato paste||1 Tablespoon|
|Shrimp||1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled|
1 Mix the lobster soup with the white sauce and add the tomato paste.
2 Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste and add the shrimp.
