Hot Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Onions 2 Medium
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, finely grated
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chicken stock 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Corn flour 2 Tablespoon (Mixed With 4 Tablespoon Water)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil and fry onions, garlic and ginger.
Add all the ingredients except cornflour and bring to a boil.
Add cornflour mixture and stir well, until it thickens.
Remove from fire and use immediately.
This sauce is served with fish and meat dishes.
It can also be served for vegetarian dishes by using vegetable stock instead of chicken stock.
Can be stored in refrigerator.
