Spareribs With Sesame Sauce

Ingredients
  Spareribs 1 Kilogram (Each Of Length 5 Centimeter)
  Onions spring 4 , finely chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Grated ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Sesame paste 2 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peanut oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Spring onions 2 , chopped (For Garnish)
Directions

Separate the spareribs with a sharp cleaver.
Heat oil in a wok, or a pan, fry spareribs over high heat until brown.
Mix all the ingredients except cornflour mixture and add to the spareribs.
Mix well.
Bring to boil cover and lower heat, simmer for 40-45 minutes.
Add cornflour mixture, stir constantly over medium heat until gravy boils and thickens.
Place sparerib on a serving plate garnish with spring onions.
Serve hot.
VEGETARIAN VERSION:
Use 3 cups gluten or cottage cheese cut into 3" strips and fried until golden, instead of spareribs.
