Dry roast sesame seeds on a griddle or tava over medium heat, stirring constantly until light brown in colour.
Crush into powder with mortar and pestle or in an electric blender.
Mix with soya sauce, sugar and vinegar.
Store in a bottle.
Serve with hot or cold vegetables or meat dishes.
This sauce is served also with cooked or raw vegetables.
It can be kept in refrigerator for many days.
