Chilli Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
  Red chili powder 100 Gram
  Garlic cloves 12 Clove (60 gm)
  Sultanas 1⁄4 Kilogram
  White vinegar 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Grated ginger 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 3 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the sultanas are very Soft.
Cool the mixture and liquidise it.
Store in a clean sterilised bottle.
Note: You can make it even milder by using tomato sauce.
The hotness and sweetness can be adjusted according to taste.
