Ingredients
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg yolk 1
  Chicken broth/Veal / fish broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  20% light cream 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg in small saucepan.
Beat egg yolk and broth until blended; stir into flour mixture.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Remove from heat; stir in butter, cream and lemon juice.
