Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce

A raw version of the chimichurri sauce, this recipe is all vegan and just mixed in a blender. Serve this raw chimichuri sauce with vegetables or meat or even salads.
  Basil 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 1
  Scallions 1
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Sea salt To Taste
  Oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Peppers To Taste
  Cayenne pepper To Taste (Red Pepper Powder)

Add all the ingredients in a blender.
Chill for 2 hours to settle.
Serve with vegetables or meat.

looks like she is using chopped tomatoes but in the recipe it is not mentioned??
