Ham Patties In Orange Mustard Sauce
|Cooked smoked ham patties||8 Ounce|
|Diced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dijon style mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Canned mandarin orange sections||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In 12-inch nonstick skillet cook patties over medium heat until browned on both sides; remove from pan and keep warm.
In same skillet heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add onion and saute until lightly browned.
Sprinkle with flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute; gradually stir in juice and, continuing to stir, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens; stir in mustard.
Add ham patties and orange sections and cook until heated; transfer patties to serving platter, top with sauce, and garnish with parsley.
