Thick Tamari Sauce
|Unrefined corn germ oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Tamari soy sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Pour oil into a small saucepan.
Add the tamari and bring to a boil.
Add the water and boil 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the dissolved arrowroot and stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
Serve on artichokes, millet puree, grains, and casseroles.
