Crab Kromeskies With Sweet And Sour Sauce
|Oyster sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Fat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)|
Chop the crab meat finely; wash and finely chop the spring onions (scallions); wash and chop the mushrooms.
Mix these ingredients with the oyster and soy sauces, sherry and 1 egg.
Beat well until smooth.
Form into cork shapes.
Beat the remaining egg and dip the corks in it, then in the cornflour (cornstarch).
Do this twice.
Fry a few at a time in the hot fat for 4-5 minutes.
