Fresh Tongue With Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced shallot/Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sliced cooked beef tongue 8 Ounce
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In small bowl combine all ingredients except tongue.
Arrange tongue on serving platter and serve with sauce.
