Chili Sauce

Ingredients
  Red tomatoes 25
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red peppers 6
  Green peppers 6
  Celery seed 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 12
  Whole cloves 1 Tablespoon
  Mustard seed 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 7 Cup (112 tbs)
Directions

Peel the tomatoes and slice them.
Add the peppers, seeded, and the peeled onions, all chopped fine.
Then add the vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard seed, celery seed and the cloves, the latter tied in a muslin bag.
Cook all together 1 1/2 hrs.
Remove cloves.
Bottle in hot, sterilized jars and seal
