Quick And Easy Cheddar Sauce
|Skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Dash|
|Hot sauce||1 Dash|
|Instant nonfat dry milk powder||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||2 Ounce|
In small saucepan combine skim milk and milk powder and heat to just below the boiling point; remove pan from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
