Pepper Onion Sauce
|Vegetable cooking oil spray||1|
|Finely chopped green pepper||3 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Reduced calorie catsup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Coat a small skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
Add green pepper and onion, and saute 3 minutes or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients, cook, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
Serve warm or chilled.
