This Apricot Barbecue Sauce is simply fabulous! I like my roasted Turkey with Apricot Barbecue Sauce, but I would like you to let me know your choice! I'm waiting!
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Apricot juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash

Combine all ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
Cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Baste meat with Apricot Barbecue Sauce during barbecuing and serve remainder of sauce separately.
This sauce keeps well for 1-2 weeks, if stored in a sealed container in a refrigerator.
