Miso Sauce

Ingredients
  Miso paste 1 Tablespoon
  Tahini 5 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange peel 1 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

Mix all the ingredients except the orange peel together and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the orange peel and mix.
Serve over vegetables or grains.
