Creamy Cinnamon Sauce
|Low fat yogurt||8 Ounce|
|Low fat cottage cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth, and chill thoroughly.
Serve over fresh fruit or angel food cake.
Store sauce in a covered container in refrigerator.
