Cranberry-Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  Cranberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened orange juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; stir well.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium, and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Serve warm.
