Easy Cheese Sauce
|All purpose flour||2 Teaspoon|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Ounce, shredded|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In small nonstick saucepan heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add flour and stir quickly to combine.
Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk, stirring until thoroughly combined.
Set over low heat and add remaining ingredients; cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
