Cabbage With Crab Sauce

The Cabbage With Crab Sauce dish is a delight to your taste buds. My husband loves this dish, especially the crab sauce. I usually serve Cabbage With Crab Sauce at home for a weekend dinner. Try it!
Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 Pound (White)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Cabbage water/Stock 2 Tablespoon
  Canned crabmeat 4 Ounce
Directions

Wash and shred the cabbage.
Cook in salted, boiling water for 2 minutes.
Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons water if no stock is available.
Heat the oil and fry the cabbage and crushed garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and sherry mix well and cook for 1 minute.
Mix the cornflour (cornstarch) to a smooth paste with the stock or cabbage water, stir into the pan with the crab.
Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
