Ingredients
  Ground turkey 10 Ounce
  Converted rice 2 Ounce, uncooked
  Diced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Marjoram leaves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme leaves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

To Prepare Porcupines: Preheat oven to 350°F.
In medium bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients for "porcupines"; shape into 8 equal balls.
Spray a 1-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray and arrange turkey balls in casserole.
To Prepare Sauce and Bake: In small bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients for sauce; pour over "porcupines." Cover casserole and bake for 1 hour, turning "porcupines" once during baking.
