Honey Baked Pears With Lemon Sauce
|Raw honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut pears in halves lengthwise; remove core and seeds.
Place in glass baking dish.
Bring honey, water, and cloves to boiling point, but do not boil.
Remove from fire, pour over pears.
Bake at 350 Degree until pears are fork tender.
Do not overcook.
Serve while warm with a cold lemon sauce.
