Meatballs With Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  90% lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Natural sea salt To Taste
  Tsg gourmet tricolor 4 Drop
  Peppercorns To Taste
  Onion 1 Small, diced
  Diced tomatoes 30 Ounce (In 2 Cans)
  Viva italiano seasoning 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic gusto seasoning 1 Tablespoon
  Non-stick cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Meatballs:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly (hands work best). Form into 2 ich balls and place on a cookie sheet. Repeat the process. Bake the meatballs for 10-15 minutes, until done. Be careful not to overbake, or they will become tough.

Sauce:
Spray a large frying pan with nonstick spray. Sautee onions over medium-high heat until translucent. Add remaining ingredients and stir until hot, about 2 minutes. Serve with meatballs. For a thick, chunky alternative, add diced vegetables and cook with the onions.
