Traditional Thanksgiving Cranberry Sauce

Visit with full-time RVer Evanne Schmarder of the RV Cooking Show as she prepares Mom's Famous Thanksgiving Cranberry Sauce for her 8th holiday season on the road. It's delicious!
Ingredients
  Red jello pack 3 Ounce
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed pineapple with juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cranberry sauce 16 Ounce (1 Can With Or Without Berries)
  Apple 1 Medium (Peeled Cored And Diced)
  Coarsely chopped nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Directions for preparation:

• Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
• Add cranberry sauce and mash until dissolved.
• Add pineapple and stir.
• Pour into bowl or mold and chill. Approximately 2 hours.
• Add diced apple and chill overnight or until firm.

This recipe makes 3 1/2 cups or 10 small servings.
