Ingredients
  Canned unsweetened crushed pineapple 20 Ounce
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Grand marnier/Other orange-flavored liqueur 1 Tablespoon
  Flaked coconut 2 Tablespoon
  Orange rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla ice milk 1 Quart
Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice in a 1-quart glass measure.
Set pineapple aside.
Add cornstarch to reserved juice, stirring until well blended.
Stir in pineapple and liqueur.
Microwave at HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes, stir well, and microwave at HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened.
Stir in coconut and orange rind; to serve, spoon 1/4-cup portions of warm pineapple sauce over 1/2-cup portions of ice milk.
