Grilled Round Steak With Tomatillo Sauce

Ingredients
  Beef top round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Burgundy/Dry red wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Trim excess fat from steak.
Place steak in a large shallow baking dish.
Combine next 6 ingredients in a small bowl; mix well, and pour over steak.
Turn over and refrigerate 24 hours, turning steak occasionally.
Remove steak from marinade.
Coat grill with cooking spray.
Grill 5 to 6 inches over hot coals 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Transfer steak to a cutting board; cut steak across grain into 1/4 -inch-thick slices.
Serve immediately with equal amounts of Tomatillo Sauce per serving.
