Pasta In Green Sauce

Ingredients
  Uncooked elbow macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Spinach leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Parsley sprigs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Lemon juke 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook macaroni in 3 quarts boiling salted water (1 tablespoon salt) until tender, 12 to 15 minutes; drain.
Place spinach, parsley, garlic, lemon juice and pepper in blender container.
Cover and blend on medium speed, stopping blender frequendy to scrape sides, until spinach leaves are finely chopped, about 3 minutes.
Add margarine; cover and blend on medium speed, stopping blender frequently to scrape sides, until mixture is smooth, about 2 minutes.
Toss with hot macaroni; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Food Processor Directions: Place spinach, parsley, garlic, lemon juice and pepper in work-bowl fitted with steel blade.
Cover and process until leaves are finely chopped, about 15 seconds.
Add margarine; cover and process until smooth, about 15 seconds.
