Orange Hard Sauce

|Soft butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Icing sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted|
|Orange rind||2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Orange food coloring||(optional)|
Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy.
Stir in orange rind and a few drops of orange food coloring.
Chill until serving time.
