Nut Roast With Apple Sauce

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 2
  Crushed assorted nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Tomatoes 3
  Eggs 2
  Soup powder/A cube mixed with 1 cup boiling water 1 Teaspoon
  Apple sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Fry the onions.
Add the nuts, cheese and tomatoes.
Season.
Add 2 beaten eggs, and the soup Bake for 45 mihs.
or until brown.
Serve with mixed vegetables, and Apple sauce.
APPLE SAUCE : 3 medium sized apples, peeled and diced.
A little sugar and 1 stick cinnamon to be put into the pan along with half cup of water used for boiling.
Simmer until the apples are soft.
Serve seperately with the Nut Roast, or spread it over the top of the Roast, just before serving.
