Profiteroles With Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
  Choux pastry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Semisweet chocolate 4 Ounce
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coffee 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put teaspoons of the choux pastry on a lightly greased baking sheet, and bake at 400 ° F for 20 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
Whip the cream to soft peaks and use to fill the profiteroles.
Pile into a serving dish.
To make the sauce, chop the chocolate finely .
Process all the sauce ingredients in small quantities until smooth .
Serve the sauce hot or cold over the profiteroles.
Note The sauce may be made in advance and stored in a covered jar in a refrigerator.
