Mustard-Dill Sauce

Ingredients
  Plain non fat yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Prepared mustard/Dijon mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Mix ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl.
2. Serve on vegetables or fish.
3. Store any remaining sauce in covered container in refrigerator.
