Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Watercress leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh dill 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Put mayonnaise into blender.
Add remaining ingredients (pack watercress, dill and parsley into cup when measuring).
Blend until leaves are cut in very finely. (If you don't have a blender, chop leaves very finely and stir into mayonnaise with other ingredients.)
