|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Liquid||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Yellow food coloring||1 Teaspoon|
Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt in small saucepan.
Stir in liquid gradually.
Set over high heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thick and clear.
Turn down heat and simmer, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
Stir in lemon juice, butter and a tew drops of yellow food coloring.
Serve warm over pudding.
