Spicy Sauce

  Butter 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated

Heat butter in small saucepan.
Add onion and curry powder and cook gently, stirring, until onion is transparent.
Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot or chilled with hot meat balls.
