Plum Sauce

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Liquid 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Plum Juice Plus Water)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine cornstarch and sugar in saucepan.
Add liquid gradually, stirring until smooth after each addition.
Add lemon juice and rind.
Set over high heat and cook and stir until boiling, thickened and clear.
Turn down heat and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and blend in butter.
Serve hot.
