Broccoli And Cheese

Ingredients
  Sliced broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Roux 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Medium heat the saucepan.
Add butter to the pan, melt it.
Add roux, whisk it.
Add milk, whisk again.
Cook them until the mixture thickens.
Add some more milk, whisk again.
Cook them until the mixture thickens.
Add cheese , stir them.
Add broccoli.
Mix until broccoli is well coated.
Set the pan aside.
Serve in a bowl.
