Easy Hot Fudge Sauce

|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Combine cocoa and sugar in a small saucepan; stir in milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla, stirring until butter melts.
Serve warm over ice cream.
