|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Processed cheese/1 /2 cup grated cheese||1⁄4 Pound|
Melt butter or margarine in small saucepan, and add flour and milk.
Cook until smoothly thickened; then stir in cheese.
Heat until cheese melts, and stir in beer.
Season to taste.
Makes approximately 1 cup sauce.
