Boiled Potatoes With Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  New potatoes 10 Small
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Peel potatoes.
Cook in boiling, salted water until ten- der; drain.
Keep warm.
Melt margarine in saucepan.
Add flour; mix well.
Add milk; cook, stirring con- stantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add cheese, stirring until melted.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Place potatoes in serving dish; pour cheese sauce over ootatoes.
