Mandarin Sauce

Ingredients
  Unsweetened white grape juice 2 Tablespoon (3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine grape juice and cornstarch in a small saucepan, stirring until cornstarch dissolves.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
Stir in oranges, lemon rind, and cinnamon; cook until thoroughly heated.
Serve sauce warm over pancakes.
