Firehouse Barbecue Sauce

  Catsup 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, sliced into rings

Combine catsup, water, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder. Prepare meat and place in shallow baking pan. Cover with onion rings, and pour on sauce. Roast until meat is done. Note: This is a simple and delicious barbecue sauce, made quickly with ingredients usually on hand. It is popular in many fire stations because it is easy and can cook a long time without any attention.
