Parsley Garlic Sauce
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Chives||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Red pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Place butter in a 1-cup glass measure; microwave at HIGH for 1 minute or until melted.
(Do not allow the butter to boil.) Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in container of electric blender; blend until thick and lemon colored.
Turn blender to low speed; add butter to yolk mixture in a slow, steady stream.
Turn blender to high speed and blend until sauce is smooth and thickened.
Serve over seafood, beef, or vegetables.
