Cocktail Sauce

The cocktail sauce is a very delicate sauce, it's mostly served with fish and crustaceans and it's the main ingredient of the famous shrimp cocktail

Ingredients

Mayonnaise 7 Ounce
Cognac 15 Milliliter
Sweet mustard 2 Tablespoon
Ketchup 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Single cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, leaving aside the cream, mix well to blend everything.

2. In a separate bowl whisk the cream until semi-whipped, and then add it to the mayonnaise mixture.

3. Mix everything well and place in the fridge to set for at least an hour.

SERVING

4. Serve it with shrimp cocktail.
